PRICING

Barrowden Community Hub is available for hire every day between 

​

  • Monday - Thursday 8am - 11pm

  • Friday & Saturday 8am - 12pm

  • Sunday & Bank Holidays 8am - 10pm

​

The hire period must include time for setting up and clearing down. For events that finish late, you’re welcome to return the following day, payable at the hourly rate (subject to availability). 

The hub has been specifically designed and equipped to facilitate groups of various sizes, simultaneously if necessary. The main hall can be divided into two sections by closing the acoustic wall divider. Our pricing structure allows users to hire the whole hall, or either the “East” hall  or the “West” hall depending on the size and scale of your event.

Hire charges, along with additional charges are detailed below.

All other facilities and equipment listed on our facilities page are included within the hire price. ​​​​​​

Cleaning of the hall following your event may be applicable and can be arranged. Please note cleaning will be charged for a minimum of two hours, by prior agreement.​​​

Notes

​

1) Audiovisual Package comprises, projector, screen, DVD player, AV receiver, with full cinema surround sound but without PA

facilities. Used for films, presentations, recorded music playback, event streaming (subject to licencing).

 

2) PA Package comprises two portable speaker units on stands with radio microphone and bluetooth connectivity for recorded

music playback. Can be used as a pair or individually. Used in conjunction with Audiovisual package or portable screen and projector for presentations or on its own for exercise classes, talks etc.

 

3) Combined package is 1 & 2 above.

For charities, we apply the same hire charges as Barrowden & Wakerley Residents. ​

Once all details of your event have been agreed, we will send you an invoice and if applicable, will ask for a deposit of £100 payable no later than 14 days prior to the booking date (returned after your event).
